Beijing Boyuan Technology Co. Ltd, a privately held China company founded in 2016, located in Beijing, develops, sells, and supports semiconductor Intellectual Property (IP) cores for electronic system designers primarily in high performance storage applications & Error Correction Code (ECC) applications. Customers use our pre-designed & pre-verified IP Cores to save development time and add functionality beyond their areas of expertise.
BOYUAN is an expert in ECC IP Cores especially BCH codes and LDPC. We provides a serials of area-efficiency BCH codes developed by BOYUAN's proprietary technologies. ECC IP core from BOYUAN has be successfully integrated in lots of storage & communication ASIC chips in recent years as a means for handling rising design complexity and decreasing time to market.
We provide a complete solution for storage application development including a full set of IPs and design services. Our IP library contains NVM Express (NVMe) compliant IP cores, NAND Flash Controller and ECC (BCH or LDPC). The typical markets are SSD, server, broadcast, industrial and consumer. BOYUAN storage IP solution is a quick and safe manner for the new players in NAND Flash application area. BOYUAN develops and sells both NAND Flash BCH codec and LDPC codec. BOYUAN NAND Flash BCH codec, optimized using the proprietary technologies, has excellent performance and is area-efficient. Designed using state-of-the-art LDPC technologies and backward optimized based on test/experiment results, BOYUAN NAND Flash LDPC codec provides a good manner to improve the reliability of the NAND Flash chips with novel structures (TLC, 3D) or manufacturing process.
Fengbo Liang： Graduated from Tsinghua University and TUD in the Netherlands. Engaged in "NAND Flash ECC technology" R&D for many years, accumulated large numbers of related IP cores.
Led design of numbers of ASIC and FPGA system, after years of technical accumulation and preparations, founded Boyuan in 2016.

15th February 2018 Boyuan release new LDPC IP Core for TLC/3D NAND Flash.
BOYUAN finds a new LDPC algorithm to solve new TLC/3D NAND Flash reliability issue. The algorithm has 18176bit code length and 0.9014 code rate. The code has girth 8 and sub-matrix is 256. We have carried out a large number of FPGA experiments.The NMS decoding algorithm paramters are backward optimized by our proprietary technologies using the experiment data.
